Deploy Tenant Portal

Version: 1.0.0

We're launching the first version of our tenant portal in the final quarter of 2024. After months of development, we're excited to share this initial product with tenants.
Main release features include:
- Tenant account, profile, settings, two factor authentication, authentication log, and subscription management.
- Basic tenancy information along with document management, entry photos, dashboard, history, bond tracking, price change history, notifications and reviews.
- Profiles for properties and real estates, containing an overview, timeline and reviews section.
- Reporting data that may break our terms and conditions, be incorrect or that requires reviewing.

Q1 2025

Deploy Real Estate Portal

Version: 1.0.0

The first version of our real estate portal is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025.
Main release features include:
- Real estate account, profile, settings, two factor authentication, authentication log, and subscription management.
- The ability to claim real estate profiles, allowing agents to respond to reviews left by tenants.
- Reporting data that may break our terms and conditions, be incorrect or that requires reviewing.
Additional features with this release:
- Tenants can request to send messages to other tenants, with settings to enable or disable this feature..
- A community suggestion system for voting on and recommending future developments.

Q2 2025

Deploy Landlord Portal

Version: 1.0.0

The launch of the landlord portal will also introduce rental listings, enabling real estate agents and landlords to create and manage listings. Scheduled for the second quarter of 2025, this release will be a pivotal step in shaping our platform and will lay the groundwork for offering even more features.
Main release features include:
- Landlord account, profile, settings, two factor authentication, authentication log, and subscription management.
- Help managing and recording compliance.
- Create basic rental listings for available properties.
- Reporting data that may break our terms and conditions, be incorrect or that requires reviewing.
Additional features with this release:
- Real estates can create and manage rental listings for available properties.
- Anyone can view rental listings, only registered users can see the contact information for applications, but no subscription is needed.

Rental Listing Improvements

Targeting Q3 2025, this release will complement the initial launch of rental listings by offering enhanced and expanded features.

- Rental listing applications and tenant rental profiles to make it easier and quicker to apply.
