However, by submitting content, you grant WeHouse a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content and resources.
Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content you create and submit. WeHouse does not endorse any user-generated content and disclaims any liability for such content.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious behavior, including harassment, threats, abuse and/or the distribution of malware. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including suspension or termination of accounts, against any user engaging in such conduct.
Reporting Misconduct: If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe violates these terms, please report it to us immediately via our reporting system.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content or user account that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
Right to Remove Data: You may request the removal of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.
Data Retention: We may retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Discretionary Data Removal: We reserve the right to remove any data, at our discretion, that does not align with our principles, policies, or values, or that we deem inappropriate for our platform.
When leaving reviews on our platform, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

By subscribing to one of our paid plans, you are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available on your designated payment method by the due date indicated in the "My Subscriptions" section. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder email 3 days before the scheduled payment.
If you feel like WeHouse doesn't work for you, you are welcome to request a refund at any time by contacting support. All refunds are calculated on a prorata daily basis and at this point, your subscription will be cancelled.
In the event that you downgrade your plan during an active subscription period, you will receive a prorated daily credit for the remaining balance. These credits will be reflected in your "My Subscriptions" section and will be applied to future subscription payments automatically. If you prefer to receive a refund for these credits, please contact support.
By subscribing to our services or making a payment through WeHouse, you authorise WeHouse Pty Ltd to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of your agreement with us. This includes:

This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyber attacks, strikes, power outages, or interruptions in telecommunications or utilities. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services as soon as possible.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the platform, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall first be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. If these methods fail, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Brisbane, Queensland, as a last resort.
